Effective Jan. 1, 2027, our primary care practice will no longer be in-network with Humana Medicare Advantage. This change applies only to primary care. HCA Healthcare specialists will remain in-network.

Tuesday, December 8: Open 8:00 a.m. – 1:00pm, Closed 2:00pm – 7:00pm

Pediatric Extended Care Clinic hours update

Please be advised that Pediatric Extended Care (ECC) will be closed on Wednesdays from October 21 through December 9, 2026.
