How to get copies of your digital medical imaging (Radiology)

Call (512) 901-8766 or complete and fax request to (512) 901-8745.

Your doctor may need a copy of your imaging. Follow these steps to get a copy on CD.

  • There is no cost for CDs.
  • Allow 24 hours for the CD request to be processed.
  • Please bring a photo ID when you come to pick up your CD. If you are sending something other than yourself, please provide a letter with permission for them to pick up the CD on your behalf.
