Ngoc-Bich "Nikki" P Le, MD

About

Ngoc-Bich "Nikki" Phan Le, MD is a board-certified urologist who also has subspecialty certification in the treatment and management of overactive bladder, urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She has extensive experience in minimally-invasive robotic surgery and transvaginal surgery for pelvic floor disorders, as well as the treatment of general urologic conditions such as kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia and hematuria.

Dr. Le received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. After completing residency, Dr. Le moved to California for her fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at the University of California Los Angeles. There, she was fortunate to train under Dr. Shlomo Raz, one of the founding fathers and masters of the field. Prior to moving to Austin, Dr. Le was an assistant professor in the Division of Urology at Duke University.

She has been published in medical journals and textbooks including the Journal of Urology and Women’s Health on topics such as female pelvic conditions, bladder dysfunction and more. She has been honored with several professional awards from the Southeastern Section of the American Urological Association and is routinely recognized as a ‘Top Doc’ in her field, featured in Austin Monthly Magazine in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Dr. Le is a member of the Texas Urological Society, the American Urological Association and the Society for Urodynamics and Female Urology.

In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, exploring international destinations, tasting new foods, and singing karaoke. However, her favorite pastime is being silly with her young children and husband.
