Raymond Paxton, MD

About

Dr. Paxton specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases that afflict all adults, from chronically ill patients to those in need of short-term care. He has a strong focus on disease prevention based on healthy habits and when needed proven medical interventions.

Dr. Paxton received his medical degree from Oregon Health Science Center in Portland, OR. He then went on to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center. After residency Dr. Paxton moved to Austin, joined The Austin Diagnostic Clinic where he has been practicing since and currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Paxton is an avid runner and enjoys music and the natural landscape.
