About
Salome Phine, MSN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice provider specializing in nephrology and the treatment of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease. She provides comprehensive kidney care, including the management of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders and dialysis-related needs.
Working closely with nephrologists, nurses, dietitians, social workers and other members of the multidisciplinary care team, Salome helps develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. She also provides education, support and guidance to help patients and their families better understand kidney disease and navigate their treatment.
Salome earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based and patient-centered care and to partnering with patients to support their overall health and well-being. Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and resources they need to take an active role in their health and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of clinical practice, Salome enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She is also an active member of the American Nurses Association.
