Dr. DeBehnke is retiring effective January 31, 2025. Patient medical records will remain on file with ADC. Patients who wish to obtain a copy of their medical record, should visit the “Patient Forms” section located within the “Patient Center” of this website.
The completed form should be faxed to (512) 901-4126, emailed to PSG.433111HMRFax@hcahealthcare.com or mailed to Health information Management, Austin Diagnostic Clinic, 12221 North Mopac Expressway, Austin, TX 78758-2483.
Patients who need assistance obtaining a Medical Records Release form, should call ADC at (512) 901-1111.
Dr. DeBehnke specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases that afflict all adults, from chronically ill patients to those in need of short-term care. He works to make decisions with the patient and not for them, with the primary goal of prevention. He is especially grateful for all his patients have taught him during years of practice.
Dr. DeBehnke received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He then went on to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine there. Dr. DeBehnke is board certified in Internal Medicine, and has been recognized as a ‘Super Doc’ of Austin since 2020, featured in Austin Monthly. He encourages everyone to stay alert while driving as he enjoys exploring Austin on his road bike.
