About

Dr. Srujana Pachigolla is a board-certified internal medicine and endocrinology-trained physician. She completed her medical school in India. She then moved to the United States and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Bassett Medical Center, Columbia University in Cooperstown, New York. She went on to complete her Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism Fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

Dr. Pachigolla was drawn into the medical profession to help people live longer and healthier. She is a strong believer in patient-centered medical care and respects patient preferences, values, and their traditional and cultural beliefs in formulating a treatment plan for them. She likes to incorporate modern technological advancements like continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pumps in diabetes care. Dr. Pachigolla believes in building a trusted long-term relationship by involving patients and families in every step of the way in their medical journey and making the process seamless. Dr. Pachigolla lives in Austin with her husband and their two children. She enjoys outdoor activities and Yoga. In her free time, she loves to explore the hiking trails in Austin with her family.
