About
Alice Friedman, MS, FACP, FACG is a board-certified gastroenterologist. She earned her medical degree at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas and her Master of Science in Aerospace Medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Friedman completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia at Roanoke and her gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Maryland.
Dr. Friedman has been working in clinical gastroenterology since 1986. Her professional experience also includes working as an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas. She has received recognition as the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) Top Doctor of 2020 for clinical rotation and has been featured in Austin Monthly.
Dr. Friedman is affiliated with the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American College of Physicians. Her approach to patient care is delivering the same level of care and attention as if they were her family and friends.
