Dr. Nemawarkar specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases that afflict all adults (above the age of 18), from chronically ill patients to those in need of short-term care and routine exams such annual and well women (including Pap and pelvic exams), with special interest in the care of diabetes patients.
Dr. Nemawarkar received her medical degree from Seth Godhandas Sunderdas Medical College & King Edward VII Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India. She then went on to complete her internship and residency in internal medicine through the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, TX. Dr. Nemawarkar is board certified in Internal Medicine and is proficient in multiple Indian languages.
